Assisting African governments tackle barriers to growth

Charles DollieCharles works at the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET), as part of a team that promotes high quality policy analysis to help African governments achieve long-term economic growth. Through his work with ACET, Charles has met with heads of West African governments and discussed strategies for economic progress.

Charles joined ACET in July 2008 as an Executive Assistant to the President, K. Y. Amoako Prior to his position as Executive Assistant to the ACET president, Charles graduated Magna cum Laude from Ashesi, then served as a marketing executive in Combert Impressions, a leading printing firm in Ghana, where he managed the accounts of several leading Ghanaian organizations

Charles has also served as Ashesi Alumni Association President. He has donated to Ashesi, and has encouraged all alumni to support the Ashesi capital campaign as “it’s a great way to further create the Ashesi legend”.
