Ashesi lecturer, Kajsa H. Adu, has joined Ghanaian television station, TV3, as a host for political talk show, Frontline. The one-hour programme explores the major questions surrounding the Ghana’s political environment, and examines the plans different political groups and people have for addressing these questions.

“I am honoured to have been asked to host this program series,” Kajsa said. “After being in Ghana for five years, and contributing to organisations and academia, it seems like the perfect time to use of some of the insight gathered to engage with election issues that concern Ghanaians. I also aim to involve Ashesi students (and others) in identifying important questions to ask our politicians.”
Frontline runs on TV3 each Friday, at 8.30 pm. Kajsa has already interviewed two of Ghana’s political leaders, Dr. Abu Sakara (Presidential nominee for the Convention People’s Party) and Mr. Hassan Ayariga (Presidential nominee for the People’s National Convention) on the show.
According to Robert Kyere, news editor at TV3 Ghana, “the conversation about the economy, political party policies and manifestoes are the key things going on in Ghana right now. Kajsa is rightly placed to interrogate the issues, and ensure clarity of thought. This show will help Ghanaians vote right.”
