After winning first place in the Global Management Challenge Ghana, Ashesi students Kwadwo Baning ’13, Oluremi Sonekan ’13, Ephraim Acquah ’13 and Daniel Amoah ’13 went on to represent Ghana in the international final of the competition in Kiev, Ukraine.
Their team (R One) was the only undergraduate team present at the international final, and they faced competition from other corporate teams and postgraduate student teams from all over the world.
Though the team couldn’t make it past the semi-final of the competition, team leader Kwadwo Baning ’13 explains that “it was an incredible experience” for him and his team. “It was a unique opportunity to meet and learn from business thinkers and personalities from different parts of the world.”
We congratulate the team for their boldness and for making it to Ukraine! We are looking forward to making it further next time!
