To expand the frontiers of the liberal arts at Ashesi, the university has created a quarterly exhibit of Ghanaian creative work that will allow local artists and sculptors to share their creative thoughts with the Ashesi community.
Guests include the following well- known Ghanaian artists:
Larry Otoo (Painter) Frederick Oko-Martey (Sculptor), Nana Arnoff (Sculptor) Gabriel Eklou (Painter), Nii T. Mills (Painter) and Studio Kurtycz ( which has various Ghanaian artists).
Larry otoo, a recognized and honoured artist, launched the initiative with a one-week exhibition of 10 spectacular paintings as part of the activities marking Ashesi’s 10th anniversary celebration in the week of March 12th to 17th. Larry Otoo’s art adorned the corridors, adding warmth to the green landscape of Ashesi.
