Ashesi University Foundation is happy to welcome Loryn Paxton to the Ashesi team. Loryn will work part-time at Ashesi's Seattle office as the Development & Public Relations Coordinator. Loryn has over 15 years of experience working in higher education and the non-profit sector. She currently is also the Program Coordinator for the Comparative Religions & Jewish Studies departments at the University of Washington. Loryn received a BA in English from Ohio State University.
Loryn has been a long time supporter and volunteer at Ashesi, assisting us in coordinating events and a major book drive in the past. In her role as Development and Public Relations Coordinator Loryn will be a primary contact for Ashesi's supporter base in the United States and will work with national and local media to help ensure that Ashesi's story is told to the widest possible audience.
