Summary of event/incident: A staff member in the International Programmes Office stepped out of their office for an extended period without locking it. A thief entered the office and stole her cell phone and some money. People in the area reported seeing a visitor around the area, and it was suspected that the thief was an intruder. Security personnel searched for the intruder, based on descriptions provided, but were unable to find him. The case was reported to the Police for investigations. No one has been apprehended yet.
